Please be praying as Three Strands begins exploring new partnerships in anticipation of expanding our medical relief work to the country of Ghana.

The Even Haazer Foundation, founded by Dr. Eyra Aquadu, hopes to build a women’s clinic near Accra, the capital, in order to provide women’s health care to a very underserved population. In cooperation with Opportunities International, a micro finance ministry, and the Even Haazer Foundation, Three Strands hopes to provide long and short term relief teams to reach the goal of providing Christ centered, compassionate, and competent care in the region. Board members Mike Taylor, Rev. Steve Taylor, and Dr. Russell Woda travel to Ghana this week to begin meetings with these partners and with several churches in Accra. They will also be conducting two medical clinics during their time there. The Vineyard Church of Trent, England, is a partner to the Vineyard Church of Accra, and they both hope to participate in this ministry as well.
